Feeling some MOJO

Well I have been able to do a little.. I have been busy with sample pages for my upcoming MIABA (Michigan Altered Book Artists) meeting. We will be doing a couple of projects, the first of which will be a tombstone page flip book. We will be altering and stamping on laser cut pages created for us by Scrapaloo in Delton Michigan. Scrapaloo has also offered us their venue for our meeting.
It's been awhile since I have had my rubber stamps out. It has been fun putting these pages together. These are just basics pages that will be created. Leaving lots of room for everyone to individualize their own book.
I used memory mists to laydown my background colors. I started with painting my pages with white acrylic craft paint. Then spritzed down my memory mist colors. After letting that dry I started working my stamps. I found that Versafine ink pad worked the best for a nice clear stamped image.
I inked and grudged up some lazer cut images created by Scrapaloo. To give that night time creepy trick or treating feel. I will be continuing altering at the meeting.. Will show you the finished pages in the future.
